Exciting Project for FloPlast UK

We have been busy the past few months working alongside one of our customers to build a project quoataion to upgrade the existing automated conveyors and control system.

We have recently been awarded and received the valued order to upgrade all the automated conveyor systems working alongside UPM Conveyors Ltd as well as a brand new control system.

There is over 50 Meters of conveyors that will be upgraded and replaced as well as 25 new sub conveyors.

The new control system will include new Siemens S7 1500 PLC controllers , New Siemens HMI screens, New Siemens barcode scanners and components.

All sub conveyors will have a new control panel Built that will house Individual Siemens Remote I/O ET200SP along with all new components.

A new profinet communication system to be installed to communicate all the new equipment .

IES will be responsible for the whole project including the design , Build , installation , Program building, Automation and commissioning with our trusted supplier UPM conveyors supplying the new conveyors.

We are currently in the design stage of this project and we cannot wait to fully get going !
